Find an existing School Leavers submission
If you have already completed and submitted a Leavers Form and wish to edit your submission you can use the search box below to retrieve your submission.
Enter your School Roll Number(SRN) into the search box and your submission will be displayed.
Once displayed, click the drop-down next to the submission and click Edit. You will then be able to edit your Leavers Form and re-submit.
